虽然我还是一个小学生，可我懂得的关于食品安全的`知识可不少呢!比如说不能在小摊上买东西、不能在没有卫生许可证的餐厅吃饭、不能吃过期、变质、“三无”食品、不能吃未煮熟的东西等等。我还知道在购买小食品时，注重查看以下几个方面情况：一是要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期，拒绝购买“三无”产品;三是检查食品和合格、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度;四是注意质价相符，对超低价格的小食品不要购买;五是注重检查该食品的食品商标标志等等。

食品安全对我们每一个人都很重要，因为食品安全关系到我们每一个人的身心健康。

例如我们吃东西的时候，经常吃到垃圾食品就会对身体造成很大的伤害。所以首先要看看你吃的食品是不是安全食品，一般要有安全商标和生产商标我们才能吃，因为安全商标和生产商标一般可以保证食品安全。假如食品有环保标志，那就更好了，因为环保标志的食品换一种说法就是绿色食品，吃了更安全，而且还有营养呢。所以我建议大家多吃绿色食品。

其实我们大家都有个共同的坏习惯，那就是爱吃垃圾食品。

那什么是垃圾食品呢?我们平常最爱吃的肯德基、麦当劳、开心汤姆里面的油炸食品就是垃圾食品，还有就是学校门口卖的.小食品也是垃圾食品。

我给大家举一个吃肯德基的例子：有一个人，他每天都是吃肯德基，结果长的比猪还胖，多难看。同学们经常吃学校门口店子里的小食品也容易引起肠胃不好。

所以我们大家一定不要吃肯德基和其他的三无产品。
